left it in the rain, now it doesn't work

I left my phone out in the rain overnight. I took it apart and dried in out. There are signs of arcing right the SIM card. The SIM card has a brown spot on it. Can it be fixed?

try cleaning with isopropyl alcohol and soft brush. you really need to clean the whole iphone with this anyway as corrosion in the long term will eventually short something out.
