Not charging and Camera not working

Hello There,

Suddenly My Micromax Canvas XL mobile, is not getting charged, it is showing the power bolt symbol but mobile is not charging. USB port is working fine because I can access phone storage by connecting mobile to PC and another problem is when I try to launch camera app I am receiving error as " can`t open the camera". Many people tried but they did now found the issue.
