What soldering tip shall I use for soldering the display?

I am trying to solder, what I believe to be the power source ribbon to the logic board. Can someone recommend me a soldering iron, and tip to use with iPhones?

Options

Use one of temperature controlled soldering iron with a digital display such as the Weller WE1010 soldering iron. That way you will be able to precisely control the temperature of the iron to within 9 degrees Fahrenheit.
