How Can I Remove Stripped Screws from the Edge of 6s Screen?

Hello,

I am replacing the screen on a previosuly water damaged 6s that I have thoroughly cleaned out, and I cannot get the screws off the back plate of the screen, apart from 2... 4 are rusted in. What can I do to get them out? Thanks...

Are they the holding the backing plate on the sides of the screen? only option is to use a screw extractor or drill them out then replace

You can also possibly try a torx bit as well or a flathead, I managed to get a stripped logic board screw out by using the torx bit you would usually use on the bottom screws
