I fixed the water damage but...

i fixed the water damage, though now the iphone will only turn on when plugged into the wall, and when it does turn on it can't get any signal, GPS,WIFI, BLUETOOTH,or cell, nothing works. then it reboots every few mins.

Have you replaced any parts.. When you say fixed water damage?you have cleaned motherboard with alcohol? Then it sounds like possibly dock connector for signal problem +/- charging prob. Battery and dock are usually fried in phones I have repaired.
