types of screws in display assembly of iPhone 3sg

The screen of my iphone 3gs cracked and I am trying to replace the display assembly, but non of the screw drivers I have tried have fit correctly I am unable to remove the LCD from the rest.

What specific model and kind of screw driver should i be using?

There are two question

1, you said the screen was cracked, I am a little confuse if the LCD crack or the digitizer can not work? Because the lcd assembly include both instead LCD.

SPAM edited same eBay seller on all answers.

swone, your answer does not pertain to the question. The question was "What specific model and kind of screw driver should i be using" not about the LCD and not where to purchase it. Especially since you are posting the same ebay seller....
