i replace the screen that it was broke. And when i finished i tried to start the iPhone but it did´t start. I connected to iTunes but nothing... What it could be?

Try holding down the power button and the lock button at the same time for 20 seconds

Did you put the metal plate front display screws in the correct holes? Putting the longer screws in the logic board screw holes can damage it causing this.
