Upgrade RAM & HD MackBook Pro A1260

Hello:

I need to know if i really can upgrade the RAM to my MacBook Pro until 6 GB, 'cuz when i check in www.apleeserialnumberinfo.com the information said than maximum RAM is 4 GB.

In addition I want to know if the 750 GB 5400 RPM Western Digital SATA Hard Drive (New) @ $119.95 works in my MacBook Pro or is better install the 640 GB 5400 RPM Western Digital SATA Hard Drive (New)

Your best bet would be to download Mactracker (it's free), and see the "actual" max of your machine. The actual max is usually higher than Apple's recommended max. For instance; Apple has my machine's max at 4GB, but my actual max is 6, which means my machine will see and utilize 6 GB of RAM. As far as the HD is concerned, it's a matter of preference. It depends on wether you need the storage or not. If speed is what you want, then I would opt for a 7200RPM drive. If you want more storage, than any of the drives you mentioned would suit you just fine. As long as the drive is 2.5" and 9MM in dimensions, it would fit your Mac. Good Luck.
