Cant identify flex cable component
I have been doing a research project to identify a small flex cable component with no luck. I looked at the SMD code index and brought in all available samples starting with 13(X) but none have worked. They have all arrived on the smaller end of the specs so I know they aren't the right one. The component we have says "13E". No other characters. The engineer I am working with cannot provide information and I have reached out to multiple companies to see if I can send them a sample with little response. We have paid for R&D help in the past our last identification project was around $700.
