My MacBook Pro wont turn on at all, help!?

So I've been using this macbook pro for quite a while now, and to be honest I've not taken great care of it, and I dont know a lot about computers as well.

I was using it and it was perfectly normal, and fine.

I lowered my brightness to the lowest for a few seconds and after I wanted to brighten it up again, it seemed like it shut down.

So I tried to turn it back on again but nothing will work, I pressed on the power button for more than 10 seconds, and it doesn't make the sound it usually makes when a macbook turns on.

The battery indicator is not working as well, it wont give any indications, showing no light at all.

So I charged it overnight to try it the next morning (new charger btw) and there is no difference for 3 days D:

I really need to use it for my school purposes and assignments and my parents are not going to get me a new macbook pro D:

Help!!?

Here's a shot:

Here's how to reset your PRAM:

Shut down your machine. Yes, all the way down, not sleep or logging out.

Press the power button and then press command-option-p-r. ...

Hold those keys down until your Mac reboots again and you here the startup chime.

Let go of the keys and let your Mac reboot normally.
