Any way to fix Backplane 661-4996

Is there any way or guide or anything about how to fix the 661-4996 backplane of the 2009 Mac Pro 4.1? The question is easy as that, my mac just died, and tested all the elements on other mac pro, worked, except for the backplane, it just won't turn on, it should be easy to replace it but apple has stopped manufacturing those parts, so I need to fix it, I really don't know how, so I need help with that.
