How to disable the auto-switching between speakers and earphone jack?

So, basically part of my earphone jack (left and right channel) became lodged inside my laptop's jack and there's no sound respectively. I don't feel comfortable with thewhole glue-on-a-stick method. But anyways, I decided to just disable the headphones function in the 'Playback Devices' (this computer is a Windows 10) and make Speakers the default function. But, this is all that's available

. Is there any other method of disabling this switch?
