Why won't my laptop turn back on after disassemble?

I took it apart for cleaning and put it back together.

I am pretty sure I placed everything back in place, I did it twice. I haven't been able to get it to turn on for a few days now.

Battery Power LED is blinking when Ac Adapter plugged in along with the battery but does nothing when just a battery is in.

No other LED's light up with just the ac adapter or with just the battery.

I tried to charge the battery but the led just blinks when I plug in my ac adapter so I guess I cannot charge it.

I have no extra battery or charger to try it with.

HP Support page says that the Battery Light Blinking Indicates a Insufficient charge on the battery but I cannot get it to turn back on.
