won't boot up even when fully charged

ipod won't boot up, isn't recognized by computer

the logic board is most likely dead. Is there anything that comes on the screen at all? if not then its most likely the logic board.

If I plug it in to charge it, I can see the wheel moving like it's "thinking". I did get it to come on once, then it played one song and locked up. When it came on, it was fully charged.
