this is my problem 0xc000000e a device is inaccessible windows 7

i try to reboot my laptop to factory settings using recovery disc/ reboot disc it works but when i log off and turn it back on i get this 0xc000000e a device is inaccessible i have oh and my computer does not have a battery could that be the problem if not tell me or please help me
