Why won't my club car take a charge

My club car will not take a charge. I have new batteries and my charger works fine . I have tested the charger on another cart

@gbfrazier what model/year is your Club Car? Gas or electric? what have you checked?

Sounds like something wrong on the vehicle then. Have you tried taking out the batteries & charging off the vehicle? Could be blown fuses or wiring rubbing through? Difficult to say without a wiring diagram.
