Plugged in, not charging

Hello Guys

I have a Problem my Laptop Shows a message (Plugged in , not charging) but the Battery is charging when the Laptop is off and the battery works great ! add on that the Laptop is still new i bought just before 4 months ago .

I've tried the trick to uninstall the Driver of the battery but it did not work .
