Data recovery by removing the memory chip and trying externally?

Hi

i've got an iphone 5s, on which appeared a blue screen after that it has not even booted once!! my data are very important. Is there any way (by all means) to recover the data!!

i have also tried tenoshare and other data recovery software but just because the phone isnt starting i am not able to do anything!!

Is it possible if we can remove the memory chip from the logic board and try extracting externally!!

Regards

Harsh

@harshjain no you can't. The memory IC's are paired with other IC's on the board and are properly encrypted. You will have to try and get the board repaired in order to access your files.

Is there a possibility to repair the board ??

Reheating the NAND chip could be a possible solution. But I'd only get someone experienced on these to do this.
