want to permanently delete my private video in my mobile

Hello...

Sorry if this is not the right sire to ask questions but im very worried now.

i lost my samsung galaxy note 2 N7100 for 2 days then i found it lately. I had private videos stored 1 month ago but i was able to delete it from recycle bin and auto backup ,is there any chance of recovering the said videos or is it permanently deleted ? I just want to permanently delete all videos in my mobile taken from the past and how to do it? Especially my private video..

The best way to do this is to either format the memory card or reset the phone

If you reset the phone then you will lose everything on the phone

To reset a N7000 do the following

Turn the phone off

Then hold and press Volume Up + Home button + Power button.

Release all buttons when you see Samsung logo.

Then you will see Android green man and next Recovery Mode menu.

Now select option "wipe data/factory reset" using Volume butttons and confirm with Power button.

Choose option "yes" with Power button.

After that press Power button to confirm operation "reboot system now".

Your phone is now reset to factory

Thank you so much sir. If i reset my samsung galaxy note 2 N7100, there is no way to recover my videos? What about the term "overwrite".,and how to do this overwrite to delete my video? By making multiple videos can help?
