2009 chevy equinox Rear end lock up

Rear brakes and e brake not lock up rear wheels are. wheel bearing not turning it's a front wheel drive and it has been sitting for a year. How do I get the rear wheels to free up

@tigerlass sounds like you are having issues with the transfer case as well as multiple other options. Attached is the description and manual for the read axle. It should help you to narrow it down. rear-drive-axle.pdf
