I have a 42 vizo n i was watching t.v. and i heard a loud noise n then it had colorful line pop up and then just shut off now would not cut on at all..what do i do?

@rell you will have to let us know exactly what model your Vizio is (number) to get the right information. From what you are describing it sounds like you have some blown capacitors (most likely on the power board). To double check that, unplug your TV remove the back and take a look at the boards. Check for leaking or domed or otherwise damaged looking caps. Post some images of what you see with your question. Use this guide for that. It will allow us to see what you see.
