After downloading update, cannot get past the set up.

After successfully downloading the latest update, it is stuck on "Choose A Wi-Fi Network". It won't go back or next. Just stuck.

Either restore the iPad 2 again by forcing it into recovery mode by having it turned off while plugged in the holding the power button until the apple logo goes up. Once it goes up hold the home button and release the power button until the iTunes logo appears and then restore via iTunes.

Thank you, Ben, for trying to help me out but I could not get the Apple logo to come up, I followed your instructions exactly. Do you have any other suggestions?
