Backlight works but no images on lcd after install.

So I received my "high quality" screen from ifixit and installed it super smooth as 50 times before and it worked for about a day then customer asked why 3 buttons on the screen didn't work then apparently the phone powered off and all I could get on that screen was the backlight and 2 purple lines about a fourth in on the right side. So of course I went to slap another screen on and even tried oem but all I get is a backlight. Have tried home and power and disconnect battery and plugging it up with no success. HELP!

this problem looks like you either burn the video chip out or maybe on the connectors they may be something that is not letting the lcd cables to direct connect with board

Seems like the backlight chip is messed up. Can you try flashing a light on the screen and seeing if you see anything on it really dim or not.
