Discoloration in Replacement Screen

I recently replaced the cracked screen on my iPhone 5s. Everything works fine and looks fine with the exception of the top-most part of the screen. There are two yellowish spots (I assume from some sort of uneven pressure). I reconnected all the flex cables and made sure the speaker isn't too tight, but it doesn't want to go away. Any ideas?

Maybe there is glass on the metal backplate that is causing some pressure? I've had this happen before but that is only because I didn't clean the glass fragments that somehow got behind the metal backplate.

Yeah it's due to pressure being caused by something. Is the frame dented or bent in any way because this can cause this is the screen is being squeezed into place.

The top left part of the screen is popping out a little. The rest of the screen is in place, but this part I can press down on and it will go down, then when I release it comes back up. It's slight, but definitely noticeably.

My gut is telling me its the fact that the replacement screen is missing a screw hole for one of the two screws that fasten the earpiece bracket. I made sure the bracket was snug, but it still bothers me that there is nowhere for that second screw with the replacement.

Sounds like a badly glued front display frame where the glue between the glass and the front housing frame is not done properly or wrong glue used.

It's missing the screw hole for the top left screw on the earpiece bracket right?
