My iPhone locked with another iCloud ID, How to Fix it?

I just purchased a look like new iPhone 6s Plus from a reputed online store but now I checked this device and confirm to locked with other icloud ID. How to remove this iCloud lock even seller does not response me till now. Please help.

If the seller is reputable, then you should return this. No seller should be selling iPhones without a full factory wipe and full removal of the iCloud/Find My iPhone accounts. iPhones being sold in this state *can* be either lost or stolen phones that were never reported, though you can check the IMEI (should be printed on the back in tiny font) here. However, even if that comes up clean, it could just mean it was never reported as many people don't know how or forget as soon as they get a new phone.

As far as I know, there is no legitimate way to get around this.

As Doots says, if the seller is not responding, chances are its a stolen or lost phone. You need the original owner to delete it off their icloud account. Unfortunately if you don't know who they are your stuck.

If you paid with paypal, try opening a dispute. you may get a refund.

Go to settings, safari, passwords, and see all the passwords saved by the previous owner and try them all.
