changing langaue from tamil to english

my computer and i phone show tamil language it shows up in facebook. how do i get it off I have tried putting it in english but it still is there.

Which version of Windows are you using, 7, 8-10?

Can you clarify if Tamil shows up only in facebook on both your iPhone and computer or does it show up within Windows/MacOS X. If you can provide a link to the page you are viewing this would also be helpful for others to review the pages as well.
