Logic board loud speaker spacer
Does anyone know how to fit the logic board loud speaker spacer in an iPhone 5s.

I'm not really sure what you mean by this question.
If you are talking about the bottom speaker it simply slides under the logic board then is held down by a screw. Make sure you route the antenna cable on the side of the bottom speaker before putting it in fully.
If you're talking about the top speaker there are two clips on the metal bracket holder / cover thing that goes on top of the top speaker. These two clips clip onto the front display back side of the plastic frame part which is glued behind the glass.
Once you got both those locked into the holes on the frame you'll then need to put the long phillips head screw on the left and the long phillips head screw on the right. Make sure you align it properly for best contact between the speaker and the front camera ribbon assembly.

That link is for the logic board top screw washer, not for the speaker.
