IPad Air 2 Replacement Screen Not Working

I replaced my broken iPad Air 2 LCD Screen and Digitizer with a new one.

But when I tried to turn on the device, after the repair, it will not start.

I used an iOpener (heated it in microwave for 30 seconds) and a plastic spudger, and followed the teardown video. I'm not sure where I screwed up. Any help would be great.

Thanks.

I've found out my problem. I tore up the small rectangular piece (on the left side of home button) that is soldered on.

Did you try unplugging the battery and performing a hard shut down? You can do it by holding power and home button for about 10-15 seconds.
