do all batteries are defective?

We are buying big amount of apple parts and we notice many problems regarding batteries. In these case we have a new ifixit battery with 1 cycle and 56.8% of capacity.

We have many batteries with the same problem, including for apple notebooks.

I'm doing anywthing wrong? or the batteries are just defective? We have many in the same situation. I can send you an image with the problema

Options

All iPhone 5C batteries have a maximum default capacity of 1560 MaH. Please double check that you're reading it correctly.

That's 100 MaH under maximum theoretical battery capacity which I say it's fine.

Unless you charged the battery fully and it's really 56.8%.
