Apps crashing and settings not saving?

My Micromax A100 when i switch it on after empty battery the launcher and apps all are crashing on its own and not enabling to use my device. Even when i save any setting its not getting saved ie, if i change display time out its not getting saved, when i turn WIFI on its not switching on and all this kinda problems.. pls help me out
