When I attach a photo when texting it won't send
I have a new Samsung Galaxy S5 and when I attach a photo when texting it won't send. I have no problem texting just sending photos

It look like you forgot to enter the mms settings this is why you can only text.

Sounds like you need to get the MMS settings set up. If you don't have MMS set up then you wont be able to send pictures and multimedia messages.
Search on google the network provider name and network or apn settings for example:
Optus apn settings
or
Optus network settings
