How to repair an iPhone 5s screen with a vertical line?

I woke up in the morning and found that there was a purple vertical lines appearing on my iphone screen. I have tried to restart it but it didn't work. Does anyone here have the solution? How to make the vertical lines dissapear? Urgent. Thankyou

It look like your iphone took a hit.

Replacing the screen will resolve the problem.
