I tore the connector from the mother board to the mainboard.

The pads that were on the motherboard connector came off. Can I buy a new motherboard, or should I just use it for parts?

I've put up the correct repair guide for a 2374. Now what pads are you talking about?

The LCD has a cable that goes to the logic board. The connector on the logic board has a row of bad solder points that came loose. So I'm thinking I have to resolder the points, or solder each point onto each point on the lcd cable, or get a new logic board.

I've done the same thing on that model of the 27". The connector sucks and is hard to disconnect. The gold contact pins either bend or break off. Had to do micro soldering to repair it and it was not an easy job. Best to use Jessa's guide to Micro soldering, and have the right equipment or find a professional to do it for you. https://ifixit.org/blog/7321/know-about-...

Thanks Mayer, That's what I figured. Do you have a pin out diagram?
