also, you have selected a 6th generation, 5th generations only come in up to 80. you can put bigger hard drives in them, but this is a sixth.

I believe you're trying to relate that the iPod is frozen on the sync screen, yes?

If so, holding MENU+CENTER should fix that by resetting.

the apple ipod stay with the screen with the plug. underneath it say connected.eject before disconnecting.
