My Mac powers off during startup

When I press the power button, my computer has one of the following behavior () :

- nothing happens (rare)

- I can hear the startup sound but the process is stopping at various stages from seconds until after I enter my password (the most frequent)

- the startup process is achieved until I can normally use my computer (rare but after many attempts, hopefully, I can reach this point but it can last hours...)

It seems that I can start my computer rather with power adapter than only with battery but it si not very clear. I changed the battery and the behavior did not change.

I thought it could be a magsafe internal card problem but before doing anything, I preferred to get an iFixit advice.

Have you checked for malware?

It almost sounds like it could (could) be the power button it not work, is shutting off (the button being stuck) so on, when it shuts off right after you enter the password, try letting it sit before entering the password, it may also be a drive problem if it "shuts down" right after you enter the password... All in all a very strange problem...
