Can parts from iPhone 5s and iPhone SE crossover?

My iPhone 5s won't start weeks after I replaced the screen and battery. It started just blue screen every once in a while. It doesn't even get to the Apple logo now. I assume that it might be the logic board failure. All the logic board on iFixit are out of stock now. I wonder if I can put in iPhone SE logic board into iPhone 5s when is comes out.

Some of the 5s and SE parts are interchangeable but not all and the logic board is one of them. Click on the link below it will show pictures of the two models and compare the connections and fit.
