SONY AV Receiver STR-DH720 Won't Power up
I have a SONY STR-DH720 that won't power up. I have changed the fuse still nothing.

Which fuse did you change?
According to the wiring diagram there are 7 fuses associated with the power input. Fuse numbered 901 in the power input transformer primary circuit and 6 fuses numbered 910-913 and 940-941 in the power input transformer secondary circuits. Scroll to section.5-6 Block Diagram Power Key section in the service manual.
There may be more that have to be replaced. Be aware though, a fuse usually blows for a reason. If only one other has blown knowing which ones were blown will hopefully isolate the problem to a particular power supply voltage level of the receiver.
