screen blacked out after successful replacement.

I replaced the LCD/digitizer turned on the phone everything was workinig. I used it for the next 30 minutes or so and then all of a sudden screen goes black and no response from the phone? could i have a faulty digitizer? I could see a little light in display but nothing would happen. tried reset and then it went completely black?

Since you've double checked your connections. Let's try a force restart

first thing first make sure that all of the connections are still connected properly inside of the phone. so that means taking it back apart and putting everything back in place making sure that everything is seated correctly. You could have a faulty digitizer but lets just hope that a wire is loose and all you have to do is reconnect it which would be cheaper in time and money then having to get a now screen. I hope that this helped out and your phone is up and running soon.

That is the first thing i did was reopen and check. when i get home today im going to plug the old one back in and see what happens. Although the glass was broken the digitizer is still good. Thanks for commenting..
