How do you open the CD drive drawer?
Sounds crazy but I can't get the CD drive door open. Help!!

Holding down the mouse button on start up will force eject a disc in OS X. This is assuming it is a software issue that is holding back your disc.
If that doesn't work it is a hardware issue and I will need you to ID your Mac so that I can point you towards the relevant guide.

Alex, Finally getting back to U. I tried your suggestion for startup
but didn't work. I also bought an Airort card, and installed it but it is not working. Is there a procedure for install. Help!
