Lost large band and charger

I was travelling and the airport lost my fitbit HR charger and my large black band. They will not be responsible they told me and i have to come to fitbit to get the replacement. My watch is under a year old but I am unable to find the receipt. Can you please send me a replacement charger and a large black band for it.

Hello Valerie,

A real bummer that you've misplaced your receipt, but i don't think iFixIt and it's userbase can help you with getting a replacement.

Since this is about a replacement under warranty, you have to contact Fitbit or the store where you bought it from.

It's always worth a try when you explain the situation to them.
