My alcatel one touch evolve 2 is connected to the internet but it still says retry or connect to internet. Its not an authentication problem and ive already reset the router along with redoing everything on my phone (not factory reset).

Can you connect with a computer and can the tablet connect to the Internet through like mc Donald's wifi (or other hot spot)
