The. Unit turns on but will not set the cup size and begin brewing. I tried several times to reset all options and even turned the unit off and unplugged it, trying to get it to reset to no avail. The Unit will still not brew.

Maybe its time to call Keurig? My mom had a similar issue with hers and they walked her through resetting it and it fixed itself. It was a little more than unplugging and plugging in so they would be able to assist you I would hope. Good luck mate!
