Cold water trickles in on fill up
Cold water trickles in on fill up and on rinse cycle. Hot water comes in at full force.

Hi,
What is the full model number of your machine?
It sounds as if the cold water inlet is either blocked, (check the filters where the cold water hose screws into the machine), or that the cold water inlet valve is not opening fully or is partially blocked.
