Are those reeeally bad PCB pads recoverable?

So yeah i did a really great job there destroying those pads as you can see in the pictures i posted, anyway is it reparable? i am more worried about the 3 pads in the top row, i don't see any connection to the board there, in the pad in the second row i managed to expose the copper connection, i fell like something can be made, maybe not by me, i did enough damage here.

zouteline actually that still looks very good. Next time watch your heat a bit better. Most likely you did not get the solder hot enough and the pads stuck to the connector while you pulled it off. The top three will close while you solder the connector back on. The bottom one may require a thin copper wire soldered from the trace to the connector. It should not be very difficult for someone with microsoldering experience to fix this. Fixable? Definitely.
