My phone went dead and when i pluged it in to charge all it does is blink on and off
Is this a good question?

Does it blink on the display / LCD? or are you talking about the LED located at the top middle at the front of the phone?

the LED and it showes the little batterie and lighting bot both and the same time

I think you'll just have to leave it plugged in charging until it shows the battery percentage. Otherwise try holding the power button for 15 seconds.
