Reinstalling operating systems to my Toshiba Satellite
My system says I need to reinstall my operating systems how do i do that without any recovery disk? I've lost them

You could try booting into your bios and seeing if you have a recover partition on your HDD. If there is, then you should be able to restore to factory settings
