Hi,

Try the following:

1. Download, install and run Malwarebytes for Mobiles and / or Avast A/V for mobiles

Here are the links.

2. Go to Menu > Settings > scroll down to Apps > swipe left to Downloaded (seen at top of screen) scroll down and see if you can recognize the names of all the apps. If there is one that is unknown to you, research the name using Google and if you want to uninstall it. Tap on it to enter and then select uninstall.

3. Perform a hard reset.

Be aware a hard reset will restore your phone to a factory default condition. It will erase all your downloaded apps and user data. It will be like when you first bought it.

Before you perform a hard reset :-

Ensure that the battery is charged.

Do not perform a hard reset with the charger connected.

Remove the external SD Card (if any installed).

Here is a link that shows how to perform a hard reset.

Be patient, it takes a few minutes to complete a reset.
