I reset the data settings now a black screen n white apple
iv tried plugging it in to itunes still wont work
helpp pleaseee :)

Plug the phone into your computer, and press and hold the home button and power button. Keep on holding them until you see the iTunes logo on the phone, then let go of the buttons. Launch iTunes and follow the prompts to restore the phone.
