Is this super drive ok or not?

Hi,

I have identified my iMac, and then looked up the parts for this version.

In the part list, I found a panasonic drive, but when I look at the details for this super drive, it tells that it will only work with iMac that are using a panasonic drive.

And my iMac is with a Sony OPTIARC 5630A drive.

So my question is: will it work?
