How many watts does it use?

Is it 60 watts or 120 watts

dunick voltaire let see. The manual gives the voltage rating as 120V~60Hz / 3.0 A and as you may know that power P in watts (W) is equal to the voltage V in volts (V) times the current I in amps. So using the equation P=VxI 120Vx3A we get 360Watts. This will of course be peak when the shredder does it toughest job and is working the hardest.
